My dear Sir,

I have just received the enclosed from Mr Roche for you.

If you have not made away with the copy of the Toronto Globe which you had of me (about the Penal Settlement) I should feel obliged if you could let me have it as I can get it published and I have no other copy. Have you any of Fitzgerald’s Books, Mr Roche’s brother who is connected with the Morning Post and writes all the articles about the Hudson’s Bay Co you see in that paper, is very anxious to get a copy, having heard a great deal about the book, but never been able to obtain it.

Truly yours,
A.K. Isbister
