Gentlemen,
I send you a copy of a letter which the Secretary of State will receive from myself at the same time you receive this to show you that my facts shall not be beaten. If this fails to obtain justice, my next step will be at the door of the House of Commons, when I will cry aloud of the slavery of this infamous country and government. I think I shall yet obtain justice on account of the natives and myself, also thanks for the kind interest you have taken on behalf of the slaves in the North West part of Western Australia.
