Transcript:

Sir,

I wish to call your attention to the fact that my first report was in Sep 1872 made to … at Roebourne of his own son Horace kidnapping two boys and one of them he beat to death in the flying foam passage Jan 1873 I have continued doing the same to the present date and no notice of this was sent home till I wrote to your Society then they was forced to send Home knowing that you would call the attention of the Home Government to these facts and I am not likely to let any one take that honour from myself and as soon as I can reach London I shall not fail to use it to its fullest extent.
