Dear Sir,

I saw this afternoon Sir D Currie and had a long talk with him, but he is dead against your Society as he thinks you upset all the boers against the natives. He will not attend the conference, but if he sees that my case is supported by independent people, he will give me his assistance. I have to see him again on Monday next. I write you these, so that if you meet Sir Donald you may be on your guard. I have received a letter from Mr Lee MP to see me at the Reform Club tomorrow,

With kind regard as always,
Yours faithfully,
Samuel L. Moroka
