Dear Sir,

I am in receipt of your favour of yesterday’s date. I am willing to make a further allowance of thirty pounds to the three New Zealand natives they giving me a bill of seven days (light?) on their bank in New Zealand, and you at the same time coming responsible the money I lend will be repaid total fifty pounds which bill of course includes the twenty pounds I lent them to pay their hotel expenses.
